Managed the IT department for the Resort at Squaw Creek, a 400-room full-service resort in Olympic Valley, California.  Maintained schedules and evaluations of employees, system management, proposals and budgets for upgrades and maintenance plans.

·         Initiated a web-based shipping system for enhanced package sending, receiving and tracking.
